They'll be joined by the renowned teaching team of Cheri Mullinex and Anthony Lewis from Atlanta, Georgia. Cheri and Anthony have been teaching together since 1997 at their studio and at festivals around the southeast and beyond.
Seattle's own Gator Boy will be helping those beginners learn the zydeco.
The Seattle Zydeco Connection is looking for a few good men and women to join the team. We need people with organizational skills, computer skills, and with a little time on your hands to help out at the dances and the fund raisers. The average time commitment per month is about 6-8 hours. We meet once a month for an hour and the rest is just getting things done. Email me if you are interested and you will be invited to the next meeting.
